This walk takes you to two parks in Germantown—Vernon Park and Howell Park. The route also passes sites in the Penn Knox area and the refurbished Maplewood Mall. There is an optional visit to Germantown Kitchen Garden for walkers who want to shop for Germantown-grown vegetables.

Walk Notes:

  • Walk will end at Maplewood Mall and Greene Street
  • Walk duration: approximately 2 hours
  • Accessibility considerations: Busy sidewalks and park paths.
  • Dogs welcome.
